To the Women's Fellowship of First Christian Church of Joplin, THANK YOU for a wonderful morning. It was so good to hear from LaTonya Ruth and her daughter, Jilli. Jilli quietly explained to us how it feels to have Aspergers (the highest form of Autism) and to know you are going to have a "meltdown", how it feels to not be able to go to sleep...and many other things. She is now off of sleep medication since using the weighted blanket. The group was receptive and welcoming, the brunch was great, the laughter was wonderful....just a great time.
Thank you again, Ladies.
